Meet Valentina, our dedicated Back Office Administrative Specialist at Family Elder Law. Valentina’s meticulous attention to detail, advanced customer service skills, and genuine care for others make her an invaluable member of the FEL team. Her genuine enjoyment of assisting our clients and providing them with peace of mind is evident in her work.

Valentina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Polk State College, where she not only excelled academically but also worked in higher education, assisting students in navigating college and reaching their academic goals.

Originally from Guanajuato, Mexico, Valentina made Lake Wales, Florida, her home at the age of 1. Being bilingual, she brings a valuable asset to our firm, facilitating effective communication and understanding with a diverse range of clients.

In her free time, Valentina indulges in her passion for exploring new places, trying new foods, enjoying a good cup of coffee, visiting beautiful beaches, and engaging in some retail therapy. 

Valentina is the eldest of three children, with two younger brothers, and she prioritizes caring for her family above all else. Her commitment to excellence, coupled with her warm and caring nature, truly sets her apart as a key member of the FEL family.
