Jason A. Penrod, B.C.S., CELA

As the owner of Family Elder Law, Jason’s mission is to assist seniors and their families in their time of need. He leads with compassion, commitment, integrity, and is proud of his exceptionally talented and caring team.

Jason became the 20th attorney to become board certified as an expert in Elder Law by the Florida Bar and the National Elder Law Foundation.

In addition to being a licensed Financial Advisor and co-owner of Family Financial Services, Jason is also a passionate author and lecturer who travels the country to serve others in the senior care industry. He also volunteers as a Community Educator for the Alzheimer’s Association and is a Veterans Administration Accredited Attorney.

The core mission of his work is to put an end to the spread of misinformation surrounding senior planning and long-term care eligibility.

It is thanks to the values and mission of Family Elder Law that he has been honored to work with many clients for over 15 years. We like to say, “as we get older, we learn how to hit life’s curveballs together.” Jason runs his practice based on the concept of “you do well by doing good” a philosophy that has become a foundational principle in his career.

When he is not hard at work serving his community and leading his incredible team, Jason enjoys spending quality time with his wife Monica and their two children. He also enjoys watching historical documentaries and cheers on his someday-Super Bowl Champs, the Buffalo Bills!
