With an impressive 26 years of experience in the customer service industry, Michelle brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Prior to joining Family Elder Law, she spent nine years working for a non-profit organization that provided after-school child care and summer camps for underprivileged children. Michelle’s caring nature, passion for helping others, and strong work ethic make her an invaluable member of the FEL team.

Apart from her professional contributions, Michelle is fluent in American Sign Language, adding an extra layer of accessibility and inclusivity to our services. Recently relocating to Florida, Michelle made the move to help take care of her parents, showcasing her commitment to family and community.

In her free time, Michelle finds joy in reading and immersing herself in nature. Her diverse skills, compassionate approach, and dedication make her an integral part of Family Elder Law’s commitment to providing excellent service and support to our clients.
